The minimum age your dog or cat must be at the start of your policy is 8 weeks old.
This an amount payable by you towards each claim under the Veterinary Fees section of your policy. You can cancel your policy during the first 14 days, as long as you haven’t made a claim you will receive a full refund. Outside of the first 14 days there is no refund available.
