Prize draw terms and conditions
Prize draw eligibility
- You are automatically entered into the prize draw if you renew your Cover My Pet insurance policy.
- You must renew your policy via the auto-renewal feature or via the weblink on your renewal invite or with a Cover My representative via the Cover My Contact Centre.
- You must have paid the Cover My Pet renewal policy premium in full or via monthly instalments. All monthly instalments must have been paid by the end of the renewed policy year.
- Your renewed Cover My Pet policy must have been live for the entire renewal policy year. If the renewed policy is cancelled by you or the insurer voids/cancels or terminates the policy, you will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
- If you have multiple pets insured under one policy, you will be entered into the prize draw once.
- You must renew your Cover My pet insurance policy between 00:00 on the 01.11.2023 to 23:59 on the 31.12.2023.
When will the prize draw take place?
- If you renew your Cover My Pet insurance policy between 00:00 on the 01.11.2023 to 23:59 on the 30.11.2023 the prize draw will take place in December 2024.
- If you renew your Cover My Pet insurance policy between the 00:00 on the 01.12.2023 to 23:59 on the 31.12.2023 the prize draw will take place in January 2025.
How do I enter?
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
- If you do not want to be entered into the prize draw you have the option to opt out by sending you name and policy number to email@example.com
What are the prizes?
- Each winner will receive a cashback payment equal to the amount of their annual renewal premium.
- The annual renewal premium is the total annual cost including Insurance Premium Tax stated on your renewal invite.
- There will be 5 winners in December 2024 and 5 winners in January 2025.
How will I receive my prize?
- Once the winners have been chosen, we will notify you within 30 days of the draw confirming your cashback amount.
- We will notify you via email and/or telephone.
- Payment will be made via bank transfer or cheque to the policyholder named on the schedule of insurance.
- The winners’ cannot exchange or transfer their prize.
How are the winners chosen?
- All eligible customers will be entered into the prize draw and the winners will be randomly selected using a random number generator.
- Renewal premiums have not been adjusted to cover the cost of entry.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
- The prizes are provided by Reach Financial Services Limited.
- The winners’ surnames and counties will be available on request subject to the consent of the winners’ by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- The winners’ information and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute.

- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
